Most urgent funding problems come down to two numbers: how much, and by when. We start with both.
Business owners rarely look for funding when things are calm. They look when a machine breaks, a tax notice arrives, a settlement is days away or a contract needs to start next week. In those moments, the most useful thing anyone can do is tell them, honestly and quickly, what can realistically be funded in time and what it will take.
That's what Instant Business Funder does. We look at the amount you need and the date you need it by, then work out the route that can actually land in time: an unsecured loan sized on your bank statements for smaller amounts, or a property-backed loan when the number or the deadline is bigger.
What "fast" means here
We use speed words carefully, because owners make real decisions based on them. Same-day funding is possible for smaller unsecured amounts. With property security, $20k to $250k is possible same day, and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours. Those are what's possible when a file is complete. We'll always tell you which steps your file still needs, and how long they're likely to take.
